• Templates for MOA, AOA, Board Minutes, AGM Minutes, Share Transfer deeds, and more
• Company management tools for shareholders, directors, and capital structure
• Subscription-based plans with varying limits and features

3. User Accounts

To use the Platform, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Ensuring your account information remains current and accurate

4. Subscription & Payments

• The Platform offers free and paid subscription plans
• Paid plans are billed according to the selected billing cycle
• Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with prior notice to subscribers
• Failure to pay may result in downgrade or suspension of your account

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or fraudulent activity
• Generate documents with false or misleading information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or other users' accounts
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized third parties
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Platform

6. Document Accuracy & Disclaimer

While we strive to provide accurate document templates based on current Nepalese law and government requirements:

• Documents are generated based on the information you provide — accuracy of input data is your responsibility
• Templates are for guidance and convenience; they do not constitute legal advice
• We recommend consulting a legal professional for complex legal matters
• Government requirements may change; we update templates regularly but cannot guarantee real-time compliance

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to templates, designs, logos, and software code, is the intellectual property of HamroDocument. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Platform without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

HamroDocument shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to rejection of documents by government bodies, loss of business opportunities, or data loss.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting our support team.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising from the use of the Platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Kathmandu, Nepal.
